Suitable for light to medium weight gear. Easy to securely bolt to a camera or lens foot. It is short so I would not use it with a long heavy lens. Otherwise, perfect for many setups.

I was looking for a plate that I could use with an ARCA tripod mount as well as my Peak Design straps. This fit the bill perfectly and for a great price.

Great Quick Release Plate - using with Peak Design straps

So far this is the only product that I have found that fits the Peak Design Capture, and a standard arca plate AND has the safety stop pins.  That said you have to remove the pins to use the PD Capture and you also lose the universal directionality with the PD capture.   However to me these two constraints (having to remove the pins and losing the universal directionality) are outweighed by the benefit of having the pins for safety when I need them.  Of course you may have different priorities, but for me this is what I was looking for and this is the only plate I could find that had all THREE features.
