Ideal for a range of equipment including monopods, superclamps, grips, tripods, suction-cup bases, and action camera mounts, this tilt head offers a robust and reliable solution for your photography needs.
Featuring a built-in Arca-type quick-release system with a user-friendly thumb lever lock, this tilt head ensures swift and secure mounting and dismounting of your camera. The single locking knob facilitates effortless front-to-rear axis tilt control, making it a breeze to adjust your camera's angle for that perfect shot.
Capable of supporting up to 11 lbs, this tilt head is well-equipped to handle a wide variety of gear. Installation is straightforward - simply screw the head clockwise onto the 3/8" mounting thread of the top plate of your chosen support item, such as a monopod.
For precise positioning adjustments, the tilt head allows for horizontal rotation or panning by swiveling the monopod on its foot. Front to rear angle or tilt adjustments can be made by loosening the Tilt Lock Knob, positioning the tilt as desired, and then securely tightening the knob.
The 3POD Tilt Head incorporates the Arca Quick Release Plate system, renowned for its reliability and wide adoption in the photography world. The ease of the thumb lever locking system makes mounting and dismounting gear a rapid and seamless process. For added convenience, extra QR Plates can be attached to each camera or imaging device.
The innovative Thumb Lock Quick Release system offers unparalleled security for your imaging gear. To remove the Quick Release Plate, simply flip the Plate Locking Lever. To reconnect, insert the angled part of the Plate into the groove on the opposite side of the Locking Levers, press down flat, and flip the Thumb Lock towards the head plate.
To ensure your shots are always perfectly aligned, the 3POD Tilt Head features multiple bubble levels. These air bubbles guide the balance way, allowing you to easily achieve a level setup, both vertically and horizontally.
