Great Purpose built frame.
Great purpose built cage for the Nikon Z 6II. It is a close fit, so minimizes extra frame beyond the camera. But has plenty of paces to attach grips, lights, mikes, etc

8sinn cage
Nice tight fit with contoured edges where you hold the camera aids in grip. Access to all knobs and compartments. Highly recommended.

Great solution for rigging an EOS R
Since I got the Atomos Ninja V for my EOS R, I wanted to mount it with a cage for extra support and different options. I was torn between this cage and the Smallrig cage, and while this cage was more expensive, I thought it looked better quality, with a better fit around the top LCD screen and control dials, where the Smallrig cage looks a little funny in that area. When the cage arrived I mounted it to the EOS R, no problems, and it's been in the cage ever since. Unfortunately I can't use the extended battery grip for the EOS R anymore, and it's inconvenient to remove the cage for that. I'm one of those people who can't decide if I want to be a videographer or photographer, and the videographer in me is usually the winner. So this cage is a great choice for anyone looking to kit-out the EOS R. Through experimenting I've found that I like putting my Rode Videomic Pro in the extra little cold-shoe mount that's over the "On/Off" switch, and I got a swivel-monitor-adapter to put the Ninja V on the cold-shoe on the front end of the Scorpio handle. It works out really good for me that way. I also added a Core SWX Powerbase (for the BMPCC 4K/6K) with the LP-E6 dummy battery and now I can shoot video for hours. So the 8Sinn cage really helped create the foundation for all this. I originally thought I'd put a 15mm rod through the top handle and mount my montor and microphone off of that but I had trouble getting ithe rig to balance like that... So I might have considered one of the other top handles 8Sinn offers, but the Arri rosette is great so I can pop the handle off quickly and stash the camera in my backpack. It's worked out really well.

Best DSLR cage I've found
Is light enough that you can keep your camera in the cage and still mount it on single handle gimbals like the Ronin-S. It fits the camera as perfectly as it could without making it a pain to attach and remove the camera. The tapped holes (most in 3/8") are every where. The best part of that the 5D is still comfortable to handle even with the cage attached.
