After much research I found that this tablet had all that I wanted and needed at Adorams's low price. I downloaded an app that handles MS Office files so I no longer have to travel with a laptop. I use it with both eBook and Kindle using the included software. USB port and Bluetooth were missing from some other makes and I find these essential.

This tablet is surprisingly nice and fast for less than ($). I have had very good experiences with Asus in the past, and this is not different. It is just and android tablet and works well. With the Tegra3 and quadcore processor this thing is quite snappy. We mostly use it for web browsing, email, remote desktop, and a few other things for our photography business. It has been perfect for what we need. I really like that it has a micro hdmi port and we will be using that with a projector for presentations. It was a bit slow at first but most androids take a few hours to get all settled down, and after it automatically installed and update it was very fast. It is faster than my Ipad for sure, It syncs with all my Google accounts way better, and I just like Android better. The only negative is that it feels a little less robust than the Ipad, but then again it is half the price. Seriously a great buy. For those who think they need 4G, just set your phone to be a hotspot. You then have internet everywhere, and it is cheaper than a data plan though a cell provider.

I purchased this primarily for my Grandchildren. I loaded some software to lock out all but the apps I allow them. They love it! This would not be the best device for movies, etc. as the resolution is not up to par with other devices of this size. But for my purposes it is great.
