Its much better then I hoped. I bought this as a package deal and got it with a laptop and was pleasantly surprised. Great build quality good sound a bit bass heavy but fine otherwise. More solid then my cheap hyper x headset.

I got these headphones as part of a package deal with a new laptop. I will start positive by saying they are comfortable, have decent sound and function as described. I already have a pair of bose sound comfort headphones that I have been using and they are less clunky and have better quality. The Astro headset is large and clunky. If you get them discounted as part of a package I would go for it.

I will return the device to have a new one, because there is a lag on one of the earset. Sometime i can hear from it sometime i am not. I don't know if you gave a refurbish product for a new one. The same for the computer inspiron 15 5000 the letter S on the keyboard is not steady and can be pull off.

Bought the Astro Headset X Edition & Mix Amp separately. Im a huge Gamer and this setup is Awesome. For the first time I can hear things that were impossible to hear before. The audio sounds are crisp and full ranging with excellent bass response. The Mix Amp takes the listening experience to a whole different level. Lots more power that enhances the quality. I love it. Lots of programmable settings with the Astro Software. You got what you pay for and this is the ultimate setup for gaming and streaming.
