It had been fabulous until it froze in less than1 month. It is now in ASUS repair shop. No progress in repair after 11 days since arrival there. Perhaps you should look elsewhere.

Amazing value

After more than 1 week of constant usage I am still finding more useful features of this wonderful tablet. It has utility and features at least comparable to my wife's iPad Air which cost 3 times as much. Now what will I do with my laptop!!!

Great Tablet

Unfortunately the back does not come off the ASUS 8S Z580. I was under the impression that I could take off the back and add a battery case to it for long domestic flights. Not the case...ASUS told me I would have to get a technician to remove the back so I sent it back to Adorama. What I did observe was that this is a sweet tablet that has an excellent picture and is comfortable to hold in your hand. Great speed and easy lots of storage.

An excellent product

An excellent product. I've bought it for my wife. It's her very first step into computer world. She loves it. It's not too big. quality is excellent. Picture quality is superb. I may buy one for myself as well.

Nice budget tablet

Bought as Christmas present for my almost teen daughter, she loves it. Faster than my older tablet, more storage than her phone for games and apps. Likes built in software for camera. Only disappointment was I believe she said she was not able to take picture with front facing camera (that apparently is just for video chats). Overall happy. Worth spending a little more than the $50-ish tablets out there for something that functions better and will last longer.
