Alzo Digital Wireless Radio Shutter Release with Canon Special 3-Pin Connector for Canon EOS Pro Camera, 300' Range

Purchased for my Pentax k70. The immediate problem is that the microphone / shutter connection port is 3.5 mm. The Alzo is 2.5. I called Adorama and was able to purchase a 2.5 to 3.5 mm adapter. This adapter will extend the connection quite a bit. Since I do not plan on using this on a regular basis it isn't too big a deal. That being said the reader should keep this in mind. The port itself could be damaged if it were accidentally bumped into. I'm writing this on May 6th 2019. I will try to add to this when I receive the adapter.

Got my triggers very quickly from Adorama and was really happy they included a battery for the receivers. However, upon installing the battery (in both receivers, I ordered 2) the receiver did not work. I wasnt sure if I had (2) bad units, or if the batteries were DOA, so I contacted Alzo Digital's customer service line (they answered after hours!) and we walked thru the process, and did confirm the batteries included were DOA. I had to go buy new ones, but they were also nice and sent me some replacements as well. So, I am a very happy customer and recommend this product. Works flawlessly!

For the money this little radio trigger from Alzo is a great purchase.It frees you from the camera to do more important things like adjusting models, surprising children and taking your subjectsinterest away from the camera. Seems to be very dependable andthe size is great!

The Alzo Digital Wireless Radio Shutter Release with Canon Special 3-Pin Connector worked perfectly with my Canon 6DmII camera, and is a solid construction unit, that is a little larger than some I have had in the past. I am very satisfied with it, and the range that it covers.

When I unpacked the item the battery was old, rusted and had leaked inside the package. Next, the pictures in the add were not of the item I received. I bought a new battery and proceeded to set up the unit. It never worked so I called Alzo Digital and talked to their tech guys. They first asked for the model number which they said was so old it is not in their system. I would not in good faith suggest that anyone looking for quality and dependability purchase this unit. I bought it for my Canon 7D MK II and my experience was not pleasant.
