Voice was cracking
Bought a refurbished piece a month back, but the voice was cracking terribly.

Love the handle!
Love the handle. Makes it very easy to pick up and move?.a very simple feature but very useable:) my Mom has taken over ours so this is a second one so she can have her own?81 years old and loves streaming music!
Great sound for a small speaker. The Bluetooth connectivity is better than the original Bose speakers, which I found fidgety. The newer versions are much better.

Great sound - bad battery life
Battery life only 4 hours , it's rated for up to 16 hours planning on reaching out to Bose for replacement

Love the sound!
I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished but I wanted to get the Revolve so I went for it. My husband and I are enjoying it very much. One slight hiccup in the first couple of days, but perfect since!

Great sound
Music sound is awesome. It does have a little distortion on the deep bass....I was playing oldies christmas music at the time, so it wasn't anything overly heavy with bass.

Great Speaker for a Great Price
I already have one of these speakers that I purchased at a retail store. I wanted another one for my wife and I so I saved money by getting this second one from Bose. I am 100% satisfied with it.

Quality device with unique features & convenience
Connects like a breeze but the sound lacks a little on the lower end. I love the battery percentage notifications and the way it automatically turns on and seeks to connect to a local audio source as soon as power is supplied. I bought it specifically for the 360 speaker sound, which it seems like it delivers as promised. I plan to use it mostly as a speaker for Teams/Zoom audio at larger conferences.

Worth the money!
I've had these now for 4 years and the sound quality is great for party mode and stereo mode for film production audio playback, party times, movie night, and editing with. Incredibly versitle and can remmeber multiple bluetooth devices for easy connection.

So-So for a Bose.......
Nice little speaker and easy to connect, however, the sound is just ok for a Bose - sounds a little “tinny” and not as full and rich as Bose normally does. If not for the Dell rewards we used to get this the purchase would definitely have Not been worth it.

There's very little bass, and the sound is muffled as if it's coming out of a tin can. My Amazon Echo speaker blows this one away. The sound quality is comparable to that of a smartphone. Very disappointed in Bose on this one. Won't be buying Bose anymore.

Gets the Job Done
I wanted good sound from a battery-operated unit. Voice activation was not important. This unit fills the bill. I now have two of them so I can use party or stereo mode.

Sound/Battery
