Great additon to have when traveling or in the home for charging my headphones. Love the hard case for protection when I go on long trips.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift last year along with the SoundSport earbuds. The case has stopped charging altogether, no lights when plugged into power. I tried several different cables and power adapters that work with other products, but the case does not charge. Really disappointed, as it was the perfect case for traveling.

This item works as it should. I can charge the case to max then charge my Sound Sport earbuds up to 4 times on a single charge. The case is limited on colors but overall, its very sturdy and the light indicators help.

I work 10hr shifts and I walk about 10 miles during that time. So this let's me stay in touch with my music for the whole shift. This was a no brainer addition to the SoundSport Wireless Headphones.

I love the convenience of throwing my headphones in this at the end of the day (or in the middle) and keeping them both wrapped up AND charging getting ready for the next use. My one complaint on this product is the LED battery status on the front always seems to be either green, or dead, with no guidance to charge when low. So I'll check it before plugging in my headphones, and the case battery LED will show as green (presumably "good"). Then, fast forward a few hours and I take out my headphones and they are only ~70% charged, and the case battery is dead. I can get generally 3-4 full charges for my headphones out of one case charge, but it's always the last charge where the case dies without warning before really charging up the headphones.

Bought this about a year ago, and now it will not charge my headphones. the lights are green assuming there is a charge, but when I plug in my headphones it does not charge. It wont even charge my headphones when i have the case plugged into an outlet to charge the case. I have to use the charging cable directly to the headphones to charge the headphones. The charging case is basically worthless now. other than a case to hold the headphones.

I bought this product may be 1.5 year before and now it is not working. The LED's become green after turning on but turns off after few seconds. I think the battery/product has poor quality

Okay, I think after 2 years I can make a review of this case... Its been amazing since day one and hasn't disappointed me ever. I've taken it with me on trips where I was limited on electricity for multiple days and still managed to use them. I highly recommend this case if you own the SoundSport earphones.

This case is great and does its job well, but the bottom where the battery is has just been splitting apart more and more by the week. I am very gentle with my technology and take good care of it but the case and earbuds are breaking everywhere

I'm really pleased with this case. It's doing it's job well. I think, I might have loved a slightly smaller case since there's quite a bit of extra room that the headphones don't take up, but it still fits nicely in my purse. It's still small enough to get lost in my purse, so, not a major con. Great case. 10 months use and the case is still in tact, nothing falling apart or appearing worn. Looks, feels, and works like it did brand new.

At first, I thought how silly. Why would I buy this? I went ahead a bight it for a long trip and found it invaluable. The battery inside is really small but has the power to recharge the earbuds many, many time. I have used it now for a number of weeks as my primary way to charge the headphones and have only charged the box once. My only suggestion for Bose is to add a fabric loop for a lanyard.

Packable, compact, and secure. Case itself is sturdy and charges quick (even charged it a few times using my Macbook and didn't drain the battery much), and delivers quick, ideal charge on the go!

the case is so cute. lol. the case is perfect size. I wish it was a little thinner. the battery size is really decent. it lasts a decent long time. and the case charges really fast. and the case charges the earbuds faster than if they were using a usb cord that was plugged into the wall. but. bose is the best audio company in the world. but SONOS might be in the top 10 soon.

Others reviewed that the case is bulky. It is perfect in size. It is compact and holds my headset, charging cable, and I even store my Lumo Run device in it. So, I like that it has that extra room. I can get about 5 charges on my headset before having to recharge this case. I would not change a single thing with this product. Great job.

Case functions great and I use it all the time instead of the plain carry case. If they could add a bluetooth connectivity function it would be the perfect solution. A lot of gyms don't have bluetooth connectivity on their machines, if the case could connect (through its USB) the these machines, and throw a bluetooth signal to the earphones it would be spectacular (and I wouldn't have to travel with wired earphones too!)

Bit too big. Cumbersome to connect headphones. LEDs flash too bright for a bedroom, so need covering up. Status LEDs do not work as documented, so you only know it needs charging when it no longer charges the headphones to 100%.

I was worried this item was going to be quite large and bulky but it is surprisingly compact and small which makes it easier to carry around in your handbag, not taking up too much room at all. It is also lightweight and sturdy, offering more protection and space for the headphones than the cases that come with them. And obviously the added bonus of being able to charge them in there too! The only criticism is that the price could be dropped a bit. But other than that would definitely recommend.

Overall good design. Seems to be durable. This case needs a place to attach a clip since it is so bulky. It would be nice to attach it to my gym bag or equipment bag to keep from having to dig through my pack to find it.

Great idea and decent product. Serves the purpose of charging while protecting quite well. I usually charge the case when I am using the headphone, and the headphone get charged while it is resting in the case.

My husband got this case for me as a gift last week. The zipper is already broken. It kind of was difficult to zip around the rounded corner but after my workout today, it wont come unzipped. I had put my ring in the case while I worked out and now I can't get it out. It got stuck about an inch from the end so no hope without cutting it open. I guess I'll have to make an unplanned trip to the Bose store tomorrow. Very disappointed.
