The sound quality is ok. The main issue I see with the earbuds is that they don't connect as two different buds. meaning that you have to use the right one or neither. If your right buds battery dies then you have to charge it and can't use the left one as a backup.

i bought the ear buds a year ago. Paid $225. Pretty expensive piece of headphones. Especially, when they stop charging. Put serial number in said out of warranty. Offered to sell me another pair with charging box for $149. But, have to send the old pair back in. So, that tells me happens all the time and they send refurbished buds. That would be $374 for a pair of ear buds. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Button on the right earbud broke off after just a year of use. Also, the right earbud is heavier than the left earbud. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the right earbud continually falls out of my ear due to the excessive weight.

Case fell out of my pocket while cutting the grass and i ran it over and ripped the lid off and popped the case apart i just snapped it back together and it still charges them perfectly fine just with no lid

- Sound: excellent - Bluetooth support: not so good. You can easily loose the sound in one earbud due to bluetooth sensitivity. - Price: relativity high. - Durability: LOW. The rubber surrounding the control buttons in the earbuds wares out and eventually tear. That is a bummer because when it happens you cannot replace that pierce.

I have my headphones for more than a year and I always use them to go to the gym and it works well for me, now that I work from home due to the Pandemic, I use them all day and they worked well for me around 4-5 hours. week is not like that, they last me only 1 hour and he tells me that he has 100%. I am very upset, I have many bose devices and even my bose soundlink 3 (the old model I have works better than these "new" ones) I'm in Montreal and I'm just waiting for the store to open to drop them off and tell them they don't work. because I don't even want to see them anymore.

I bought the Soundsport Headphones a few months ago. Given the expense I was astonished to see that the Charging Case was 'shorting' internally when it was being charged and therefore useless. I have had to obtain a further charging case which I am now waiting for and given the loss of the initial sales receipt, I have had to spend a further £39 for a new case which I am now awaiting for. I will report back how the new case behaves but very disappointed with the product currently although its fair to say that when they work, the bud speakers are very good, especially for Gym work, with the excellent sound quality one would expect from Bose BUT if you can't charge them that is immaterial.

Purchased 15 months ago and absolutely love the sound. The last couple of uses, with the earphones reporting 100% at first, surprised by only lasting 1.5 hours and the last time 50 minutes. Used Apples offering today and the sound is horrible in comparison to Bose.

The charging case is unfortunately not up to standard. I’ve had a replacement case sent after problems charging and this second case is also faulty. Headphones drain while in the case and even when it says fully charged it is not. Awful given how expensive the product is.

I was gifted a factory refurbished set of these headphones and case by my partner just over a month ago and, while I love the headphones, I have been disappointed by the charging case. As a few other reviews have described, after around 3 weeks of conservative use, I started experiencing problems with charging this case. When I need to plug in the charging case to recharge, it illuminates all lights to indicate a full charge after a very short time, but when I unplug it, it might show one light if I'm lucky, even if I leave it charging for hours.The case still allows me to charge the headphones, but the case itself does not store more than 10% battery power, which means I can only recharge the headphones by plugging the case in. Even with occasional use this means I have to charge the headphones every day now. I've tried charging the case on multiple chargers but the problem persists. Unplugging and reconnecting the charging case also doesn't seem to help. When the case worked, it was great though!

Mine is the original case not a replacement, however, it does the job it is supposed to. It keeps my earbuds charged at all times, even after 4 hours and then a 15 minute charge, I'm ready to complete the rest of my day, errands or walk without having to bring out my wired headsets.

So I have the Beats by Dre Power3's and wanted to get an upgrade so I decided to go with the Bose Sound Sport Wireless headphones. At first the build and quality is there, when you un-box the item you can feel you bought something for sure, nice sleek design, love the make of these. Sound is amazing on these. Only reason I am giving only 3 stars is because the left ear bud goes in and out (connection issues), then the right one the volume up button doesn't click like the volume down button does. So besides those 2 issues they would be great. Also I have the Sound Touch 30 and HOLY COW does that thing bump. I will be registering and making a review on that one as well. Sound Touch is 5 stars PLUS!!!

I got these 18 months ago and I've been unimpressed with the charging base. Recently one of the diodes got stuck pushed in and out is no longer usable. Previously there were issues with the buds sitting on the diodes to charge as well. I wish I could have gotten a longer life out of them for the price I paid.

the head phones are amazing, but the case needs to be able to be placed on wireless charger instead of plugging it in all the time. if there is a second version of these without that qi feature, i probably wont buy them again.

I'd be very surprised if this review makes in through the Bose vetting because they are trying their best to do damage control. The Bose SoundSport Free headphones are obviously defective and should be recalled because of battery/charging issues. There are a number of people who have complained about the same issue. We have all updated the firmware; reset the headphones; re-conditioned the battery; etc. Bose needs to own up to this obvious problem/issue.

I waited a couple of months to see if any problems might come up. Incredibly exceptional quality all around. Ease of Use is great once you get accustomed to it--which is quite quickly. Ability to FF or Repeat track is great. SOUND QUALITY Superb. Just want to mention that you should take case along with you in most cases (bike ride, etc.) since if you pause too long, you may need to put back in case to truly shut off or reset ear buds to work. Love the beep feature to track lost buds if need be. Charging is super simple & fast.

Well I finally got round to treating myself and wow .I've had lots of different headsets .but my new soundsport ear pods are amazing .really easy to set up ,and sits in my ear perfect .and the sound is brilliant .all I need to do now is show off down at the gym hahaha verdict 10/10 .

These are absolutely amazing. The only complain that I have is sometimes the Bluetooth signal comes out in the left ear bud occasionally, I also cannot find my case is this covered under the warranty

I love mine have no issues with them. They do depending on how sweaty your ear can need to be pushed back in but I find them great for talking on the phone listening to music at my desk and not have to worry about a wire. I've had mine since Dec 2018 I believe.

I have had these for over 6 months and feel i have had enough time to really go through and give a good review the headphones are some of the best possible and i have gone through 7 pairs of wireless headphones including Sony and others but this is the best sound possible , the size of them sticking out of my ears,is a little big, but its worth it for the sound this allows , the case on the other hand, well , needs improvement. My case will only charge my right ear head phone after I remove the left ear bud and leave it out for a few minutes and plug in the chord and then put the right then the left as if the left ear bud has to jumpstart the charging process... obviously not a design characteristic but this happened after charging the case ... not from a drop of either charger or earbuds. I do enjoy the headphone more often than other s . I will use both charges from the case daily ... so maybe i use them too much...

My husband brought bose earbuds as a gift for me about 3 months ago and I absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!! they have such a comfortable fit and there super loud!! But a few days ago I missed place the charger case!! when my husband purchase my earbuds he purchase the Warranty as well and I know that covers for the earbuds but would that cover the actual charger case????? I have the earbuds still thank God! But not the charger case PLZZZZZ HELP WHAT DO I DO!?
