The first one I received the left half of the keyboard did not work, there were no problems to return it and have it replaced.

Adorama is awesome. The Dell is pretty good too.

My experience with Adorama was great. I actually completed the order over the phone with Caroleann and she was awesome. I had never heard of Adorama and was a little skepticle at first. Not anymore. Really liked the experience. Recieved my two computers right on time for Christmas. I bought two of these computer from them and I want one for myself. (one for my 16 year old daughter and one for my 33 year old GF. I am 48 and we all love this computer) The laptop is everything I hoped it would be. Versital 2 in 1. Works great in both comfigurations. Touch screen is as flawless as an Apple. Only 1/3 of the price. This Dell is fast, has great graphics, and a long battery life. The A5 chip does not run that hot (I hear the A7 gets very hot). My only complaint is the touchpad. (Hence the 4 stars). I knew it would be a problem since everyone else complained about it too in all the reviews I read. Come on Dell. Why reinvent the wheel. Touchpads have been around forever and have never been an issue on any other computer I have used. I prefer to use a mouse anyway so I will work around it. The left button has little travel and not much of a click. Sometimes no click. Can't seem to get the right button to do much of anything. The pad is very sensative and will react if your finger even gets to close. I will see if I can adjust it in settings but in the mean time. I will use my wireless mouse or use it as a tablet.
