My Dell Inspiron 13 7000 works well and is easy to set up. However, make the 3.5mm connector default to earphone mode. I had to go online to figure out how to configure it.

Finicky

Love the metal casing, size and weight. Fingerprint scanner still not working. Glitchy at times - will try to shutdown and update occasionally - not sure why.

love it!

perfect size and weight to carry back and forth to class! Small and light similar to a 13" MacBook air, but definitely big enough for anything I need it for and the SSD is so much faster than my old one! I've always owned dell inspirons and this is my third, they just keep getting so much better!

An overall good laptop with good value for money.

I own the laptop for about a month now and it's all good and sweet. The battery is definitely not the best one around, but most of the time there is a power outlet around so it's not bothering me. I've been noting though that the touchscreen does not always work. It is resolved if I restart my computer though.

Great little laptop

Not an XPS but certainly the next best thing. Easy to set up, very good performance and while still a little pricey it beats the competition.

Good Performance

I have been using it from past few months now. 16 GB ran and 512 SSD along with i7 8th Gen gives delighting performance. No hiccups during coding or running multiple instance of VS and SQL servers or Games. Good Display, light weight, sleek, compact. Sound quality is good but could have been better in terms of decibels. Only concern is the Battery and heating. Otherwise, if we rate on performance its on of the best at the price tag. Should have come with the professional/ pro version of windows 10. Not able to activate hyper-V :'(

That was FAST!

Normally when I switch to a new computer, I spend hours getting all my stuff moved over and set up. This was instantaneous, right down to my favorites in Yahoo. Only issue is the battery life. I'm used to 12 hours or more, and now it has to be recharged after only a few hours.

Fast and easy to use

all around great bang for the buck. My only gripe is the Dell Mobile Connect feature needs a lot of work using Android. Can't mirror, can't message and tried over and over to get it to work properly. Hopefully on the next update!

Inspiron 7370

This laptop is great. The build is super solid, the i5 processor is fast, and the 256 gb SSD is great for storage. The only downside I could come up with is that the battery isn't as good as other 13" laptops, but that really isn't that big a deal compared to the benefits.

blank out for a part of a second

A am very happy up to now however the monitor blanks out from time to time for a part of a second and is after that just displaying like before. its on transformer attached to a power line.

Fan Noise

When ever the laptop is plugged in and you are using it, the fan noise is crazy. It must get warm when the battery is charging so the fan speeds up to keep the pc cool but makes a huge amount of noise

Computer has glitches, battery life low

30 minutes after I took the laptop out of the box, it overheated and I had to call customer service to fix the issue. Customer service was able to fix it, but I still feel that a brand new laptop shouldn't have issues right away. Also- the battery life was advertised to last 8+ hours, but my laptop dies after about 2 hours without power. The laptop is not operating according to the way it was advertised, and I don't think it is worth the price if it is having these issues already.

I Love This Laptop!

I bought this laptop in the fall of 2015, the first day of my freshman year in college & I am still using it to this day. The battery is still long lasting, it can hold a charge for about 6-8 hours and still charges very quickly.
