The strap is so short it is tight even around my average-sized 42 inch chest when wearing a T-shirt.

I want to wear the camera chest strap mount when skiing and the chest strap is too short to wear over a coat. The strap is so short it is tight even around my average-sized 42 inch chest when wearing a T-shirt. I contacted Adorama to see if a longer strap or an extension is available. They said: "No."
