Mount is fine; accessories and website are a mess

Get the mount home- instructions imply it must be mounted in concrete. If not- have to buy a wall track.. buy the wall track, get it home.. have to buy a wall track bracket? search the website for a bracket? get hundreds of results because the search algorithm is TERRIBLE.. so a purchase for a wall mount turned into a three week ordeal after it arrived to actually mount the wall mount (and an extra hundred dollars more than the wall mount itself). Not worth the hassle

Better Quality Control Needed

I am reviewing at the behest of Ergotron despite only having this product set up for less than a week. We all know how these companies like to ride the wave of elation a person feels when they're consooooming a new product, pestering you to no end to review immediately after your purchase when said product is still shiny and new. That said, I'll be writing this review based on my initial impressions. Generally, the construction of the arm seems to be robust for my needs. I am not pushing the weight or size limits with the monitors I've chosen like I'm sure many people are. The fit and finish are adequate and everything came securely packaged. The problem came when I discovered that the Vesa adapter set screw hole had come in stripped, and not on one adaptor, but on both of the adaptors. It was not possible to secure the monitors fully once they were attached to the arm itself, they would wobble about whenever the arm needed to be moved. Considering the premium price tag, it would be difficult to recommend this product to anyone. The company should implementing better quality control measures. I gave two stars due to the very well executed hardware and tool packaging. It really improved the assembly experience to have everything well packaged and identified. I would have given an additional star if it weren't for the fact that the company can't be bothered to AT LEAST have a native speaker write the assembly instructions for their outsourced piece of hardware. Overall, not completely bad so far, but do purchase with caution.
