Successfull resolution to a complex problem

After getting the wrong adapter from an on line Fotodiox chat , I called the Tech. He did a deep dive into the 50 year old Bronica details, looked at my photos of my camera, but analyzed details I had missed and set me on the right track. Even with Covid limitations, I exchanged for the correct adapter, got my refund and now have a $1,000+ lens for $79.95!
