Quality product from Fender. This is great for camping. That was the whole reason I purchased this little guy. It is a bit difficult for people with large hands, but you just have to change your grip a little. The packaging was thought out, including packs to keep the wood dry.

I really really love my ukelele!!!!!I have been playing myself and for my siblings and it is just so fun to play for fun and as a hobby.I have gotten a few chords down but I’m still learning!I recommend the ukelele for music lovers and other people,I hope other people like the ukelele as much as I do.

It's a Fender. Really nice quality, and it sounds and plays very good. I would recommend it for anyone just starting to play the ukulele.

This is a greater than expected ukulele! Sounds rich and crisp. All around construction is what you would expect from Fender. Overall excellent value for a solid instrument!

I tried a few models before settling on this one, mostly because of the classic strat neck style. Turns out the sound is fab too, and a MAJOR step up from toy models. I wasn't expecting much from the sound, but this Fender uke comes through with loud warm tones, and can actually be used in a professional setting.

Fender brings you the authentic sound of the Hawaiian Islands with its first-ever series of ukulele models. Ukuleles are enjoying renewed popularity, with exquisite sounds and designs that are a far cry from mere musical toys. Originally built by Portuguese immigrants to the Hawaiian Islands in the 1880s, the small guitar-like instruments produced a lilting sound that instantly evoked the lush South Pacific atmosphere of their island homeland.
Upgraded for 2014 to sound and play even better, Fender ukuleles now feature new bracing patterns, arched backs, thicker fingerboards, thinner headstocks, bone nuts and non-compensated bone saddles and thinner finishes. The South Seas never sounded so good!
