I love it
Love it, it’s everything I wanted! Furthermore, It comes with its own storage bag which is a plus! I highly recommend for YouTube videos or make up tutorials.

The light works well
The light is fine, but it didn’t come with instructions or the parts to mount the camera on and had to order separately and no one at adorama seems to get why that’s frustrating.

Good ecomonic deal.
I love it. Better deal than getting an expensive ring flash. Only drawback is the tweaking of the light stand and tripod. If you get a heavy duty stand, you should be able to use a heavy Nikon using the built in shoe mount w/adapter.

Great light with customer convenience in mind.
Got this light for vlogging purposes and it fits all my needs and then some! It’s very affordable and great quality for the price!
Portability wasn’t even something I had thought of when purchasing a light but Flashpoint makes it very easy with their carrying bag that is included with purchase. The light itself is very light and simple to pack up and go, making it a great light for vloggers, or any content creators!
The setup for the light is very quick and easy. Just plug it in, and turn it on. The dimmer switch is another great feature the Flashpoint included with their light. It allows for a lot of control in how much light you actually want in your content!
Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of the light and would highly recommend it to other creators in the market for a good light!

Light came in a nice, padded bag with foam cut precisely for it. I was overall pleased with its professional look and the quality of the light. It lacks accessories and attachments. For the price, I thought it was a great buy.

Well worth it for small needs, inexpensive and good!
Got this on a super-sale during 2019 holiday season - totally impressed. Simple and in a very good carry case, it's not 'pro gear' by any means but more than adequate to light video. Built quality is good - it's not going to withstand serious abuse but if treated well will certainly last.
IT DOES DIM. I saw a review indicating the dimming function didn't work - it does work, you have to wait for the unit to warm up. After 90 seconds or so, it's dimmable as you'd expect.
Using this for work projects, lighting video, and personal projects.
Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Portrait Lighting
For pre-portrait lighting setups, I use a retail mannequin as my subject.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 13" ring light produced a lovely
soft light even without a diffuser and accurate color. The mannequin tends
to reveal harsh lighting effects because of its reflective surface, but this light
completely diffused any such effects. And although the "skin" tone of the
mannequin is not a true flesh tone, the lamp produced the color accurately.
