Horrible Quality

This bag was a complete waste of money- the shoulder strap ripped within the first 20 minutes I used it. Luckily none of the contents were damaged when it fell apart and hit the ground. I don't understand how there are any positive reviews on this product, but I would definitely NOT recommend buying it.
