MAde in the good ol USA but unfortunately one of them failed on me in transit to London with client footage. Might have been DHL throwing around packages too much. They did a return through Adorama super fast when I called customer service for Glyph and the customer service rep was very kind and understanding. A+ for customer service

Had this drive for 3 weeks. Total failure. Surely some will get a good, reliable drive. I received a dud. Lost some data that missed the backup schedule. Can't even reformat it. Mac and PC can't see the drive. Tried every tool, swapped cables etc.

This drive is as fast as you will expect from a USB-C drive, and I've carried it with me to Asia and back, both in my carry-on and in checked baggage, with no hiccups - so it's as rugged as hoped, as well. I'm giving only 4 out of 5 stars because it buzzes constantly, loud enough to require some background music to drown it out, if noises like this bother a user. Oddly, it buzzes only when _not_ reading/writing, and is quiet, with some very soft whirring & clicking, when being accessed by a computer.
