I've used this for a while to convert one of my older Einstein octoboxes to fit my Godox/Flashpoint flashes. It worked great until it didn't (probably 2 years of moderate use). Just went to put it on my light at a shoot with clients, only to discover that one of the three pins had broken off. I like to think I'm more gentle than most with my gear, so I don't know when or how that happened. Upon closer inspection, it looks sort of like a rivet, although more pressure fit than truly covering over the hole like a traditional rivet. Fortunately it held for the day, since I was at a client's office for a series of headshots. I'll look for a different replacement.

This is designed to fit the Glow Beauty dish to a Bowens mount flash/strobe. It does what it's meant to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because two of the flanges broke off the original adapter I had, so I had to buy a replacement. Even though the flanges are soldered on, they are the weakest link in this product, and will break off under stress.

I like the Bowens style mount because it is easy to get attachments on and off. For the Glow "dish" this is the only game in town. If it takes you more than 10 seconds to attach it to the dish you probably included the time to open the box. It comes off easy too if you need to go multiple mount styles.

Xplor600's flash tube is a bit shallow, so this adapter ring mounts perfectly, but the flashtube will be recessed. Limiting output of the beauty dish and providing very hot spot around the center of the dish. I fortunately have access to a machine shop and was able to reduce the depth using a mill. Also fits very very loosely in the bowen mount, rattling a lot. Still "works" fine, so 3 star, but I've seen much better execution. Avoid for Xplor600.
