As a loyal Adorama customer for over 40 years, I've consistently been impressed with their equipment, pricing, and customer service. Today, I want to highlight a standout product: the 35" Lantern Softbox from Glow.
This softbox is enormous-think of it as a giant, suspended onion that hovers above and in front of your subject. Its size and weight mean you'll need a sturdy light stand and likely some sandbags or a counterbalance to prevent tipping. While instructional videos may make setup seem straightforward, the reality involves managing both the frame and cover simultaneously to lock it into place.
But once you've got it set up, the payoff is impressive. The 35" Lantern Softbox delivers incredibly soft, even lighting with minimal shadows. Pair it with a fill light or an eyelighter reflector, and achieving a high-quality portrait becomes almost effortless. Set your camera on a tripod, choose a low ISO and your preferred f-stop, and you'll be delighted with the beautifully diffused, shadowless lighting this softbox provides.

Great essnetial softbox
Great ambient softbox. Easy to setup. Perfect size for intimate shots and group shots at a table.Good build quality and lightweight. Comes with reflection plate inside.

Softly perfect
Super easy to set up and provides the most even lighting imaginable. I used it for fill along side 2 umbrella soft lights. I love that the lighting is adjustable by moving a reflector disk in or out. Great light modifier.

Almost perfect, just a little hard to line up perfectly.
I absolutely love this softbox! The only thing keeping me from giving it a perfect 5 stars is that I find it difficult to get it perfectly aligned so you can't see the seams in the light and the there isn't any open space in the back (causing light spillout). Otherwise, I absolutely love it and you will, too. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I would. Also, I got the 25" on sale here for less than the smaller 21" one, otherwise I would have gone with the smaller one. Thanks, Adorama!

Great tool!
I really was on the fence until it came and I tried it. Light is just so versatile. Light up a room or create some drama on a face. LOVE it! Very sturdy and comes with a case as all of my Glow products do.

Super versatile and easy to use
If you don?t already have a ball lantern soft box I recommend you get this one. It is very easy to set up and gives off a beautiful quality of light. These lanterns soft boxes are so versatile especially when you?re dealing with multiple subjects. And once you start using it you?ll find more reasons to continue to use it I strongly recommend this product for anyone who wants to create great looking images.

Stunning quality of light
I picked this up as a portable option for lighting, and have used it a lot so far. It's got an incredible look and fill quality, giving me an incredible quality of light. The fill is beautiful and even, and even as a key light it works spectacularly. Be careful about catch lights, as the poles inside are visible if you get the modifier reflected and don't look particularly great. For products that don't give specular reflections, I rely on this modifier as a key. Extremely easy to setup and tear down, and a great value.

Great light modifier
Absolutely beautiful light output. I had already fallen in love with the concept, but the quality and execution of this product is great. To assemble, my suggestion is to place down a clean surface as not to dirty exterior panels and push down HARD!! to catch the clip inside the dome.
And the reverse to disassemble.
I say HARD!! only for Ladies like myself that don't have much arm strength
but If I did it you can do it too.

Great price. Very comparable to the Aputure.
Very nice light.
Easy to setup and folds fairly small. It's still a lot bulkier than the Glow EZ Lock soft boxes, but the same as the Aputure.
You cant beat the quality to price ratio of Glow EZ Lock / Quick modifiers.

cant wait to use it
it is as in the picture, took a few seconds to figure out how to assemble it. It is one of these, where once you set it up, make room to store, because i do not want to dis-ensemble it, LOL

Great light source.
Great light source. Used it for wedding pictures and it worked great to supply light for a whole group of people add one on each side and then a large softbox in the middle to light the couple.

Interesting modifier
It's pretty quick and easy to setup. I'd probably get a larger size if they make them, especially if you have a higher power flash to fill it. I'm using this with a Godex ad200.
It has a pretty nice soft light from it though even at 25" due to the lantern design. even at a pretty far distance! So I'd assume a larger one would be even softer.
It seems to be good quality and has a nice carry bag as most/all of the Glow modifiers have. (I have a couple of others)

Glow 32" Lantern
Great easy open Lantern Softbox. Glow 31" Lantern Softbox teamed with a c-stand and monolight works great. The softbox gives off a soft light that can fill a room without the hot spots. Easy setup and take down and comes with a bag.
