Have had this filter for quite some time and survived 2 different lenses (Canon 17-40L F4 and currently on Canon 16-35L II IS) and was purchased due to the slim for wide angle, Been on multiple trips and most recently to Japan where it was snow storming and showering all the time. My 5D mk II crashed twice and came back alive due to high moisture and the filter repelled everything.
