Ikan EV2 DSLR Follow Focus Kit with Baseplate

The iKan EV2 DSLR Follow Focus Kit contains the FG Follow Focus Cine Kit and the EV2 Adjustable Baseplate. With the adjustable baseplate, you can achieve easy left, right, forward and backward maneuverability.

You can use the FG Follow Focus with all iKan Elements kits or any 15mm rod-based camera support system. An integrated 2" (5cm) diameter control wheel allows the follow focus to offer low backlash. You can use the FG Follow Focus with standard film pitch gearing of .8 MOD supported by a 2.3" (5.84cm) diameter focus gear. A horizontal adjustment feature combined with a focus mark indicator and lockable focus control allows you to use the follow focus with a wide range of DSLR lens diameters. Precision machined from aluminum, the FG Follow Focus integrates a lightweight (2 lb / 0.9kg) construction.

The EV2 Adjustable DSLR Baseplate includes an integrated tripod plate, two 6" (15.24cm) long 15mm rods and features 1/4-20 & 3/8-16 mounting holes that accommodate the iKan Elements Quick Release Wedge and Elements Handle Arm. Also included in the kit is the 17" (43.18cm) FG Follow Focus Whip that integrates a vinyl covering and a crank stability grip for smoother and enhanced control. Connecting via a square compact connector, the whip provides wider control over a larger distance. You can achieve faster and accurate focus control via the 2.3" (5.84cm) FG Follow Focus Crank Knob that allows you to rapidly move from one focus mark to another.

You are also provided with a beveled dry-erase marking disk, 2.5" and 4.25" diameter adjustable zip lens gears and 2 no-scuff / non-slip lens gear liners.
