Sent mine back for the SmallRig at half the price.

I know there are Tilta fans out there, but I could care less about the "look" of a cage and care more about its purpose. To start, the LWS plate at the bottom of the cage was a terrible idea, and unless you want to spend another $100+ from Tilta to buy an LWS rail mount, you're going to use the 1/4" holes at the base anyways. I now have a SmallRig setup on my Bmpcc6K, and there is ZERO difference between this one for more than double the price. The right angle HDMI is nice, but the right angle USB-C is limiting, and mine was starting to wear down after less than one month (it will not last the year). On top of that, this cage doesn't correctly fit the 6K without removing the "Tilta" title plate. And worst, far worse than anything else I mentioned above, this cage makes it a pain in the butt to push down the White Balance button on the top of the bmpcc. The smallRig cage has some Quirks, but that's for a different review, and at least with the SmallRig, if you have big fingers, you can still reach in to disconnect the 12v weipu power connector. This cage requires your fingertips. I would say the handle and option hood are nice, but not worth the upgraded price. Oh, and I love it when the LWS + an Arca Swiss plate, causes the camera to tip over. Genius! Maybe I'll get the Tilta pivot screen, but this design was just bad.

Top quality cage! The build is sturdy, heavy duty, and light. The full cage comes as two pieces so you have the option of using it as a full OR half cage. Despite what some people say, if you remove the Tilta name plate at the top, this 4k cage will fit the Pocket 6K Camera...you have to put it on one half at a time. The tilta cage also has the best usb-C and hdmi holders + the most options for accessories. And I love the tactical finish as it compliments the black body of the Blackmagic camera quite nicely.
