Reliability and Warranty issues

Still in my 2 year warranty window, lcd started showing vertical lines across the bottom and some of the middle. Super disappointing considering I don't have my proof of purchase and Support did not want to work with me on that. The picture quality is great when it did work. Color can look dull at times. Consider else where due to reliability issues

I received this unit and after 2 days temp light turned on and they couldn't able to fix it so they send me replacement unit by putting 900$ hold so I don't have to wait. New unit which I received is not even turning on. Worst customer service and spend more than 300$ on installation and having 2 projectors at home and holding phone from last 30 min,

Several difficulties. Frustrating.

Visual is great but I can't seem to get the sound to work. The system didn't work with my old DVD player so I had to buy a new one. The system doesn't seem to now work with my Bluetooth speakers and there is a lag. I have tried to address this by buying an auxiliary lead. This also doesn't seem to work. It is frustrating. The projector was expensive despite being refurbished. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the audio, and if that is why it was sent back in the first place.

OK. Too big and noisy. Picture is fine. Should be cheaper.

Overall, it's fine. For the price, I wish it were more compact (-1 star) and quieter (-.5 star). It also utilizes technology that will become obsolete faster, and it is not "true" 4K (even though the picture is good, and pixel shift tech may even be better than "true" 4K: projectorcentral dot com/4k-projectors-defined.htm). Also, Epson technical support / customer service is bad. I tried to register the product, and its serial number was associated with another product. Tech's resolution was convoluted, and they provided incorrect information in response to other questions I asked. Final rating: 3/5 stars.
