Disappointed with keyboard, but super impressed with HP customer service
The keyboard lacked features that I wanted, such as the ability to create shortcuts, so I called HP to arrange a return. They immediately wiped out the charge on my credit card, and then said there was no need to ship it back to them. I now use a Logitech keyboard.

Difficult to type
Not an easy keyboard to use, at least for me. I have had trouble getting it to accept all of my keystrokes, it seems very fussy about how you strike the keys. I have reverted to my former wireless keyboard. A waste of money....

Don't waste your time or money?
I sent this back it was like a toy keyboard and mouse. Looks great in photos but it's a piece of crap and waste of my time and money. Their return policy sucks too.

Order was cancelled without telling me or refunding the purchase cost.
I ordered this as part of a bundle with a laptop. The order just continuously showed in transit. After following up repeated with the shipper I finally talked to someone at HP. Apparently, the package was priced wrong so after it shipped they recalled this product without telling me. The person I talked to said the money for the keyboard should have been refunded, but I never received it.
