Bad design

Notebook pretty reliable ,but sadly the Flip up screen is a poor design. My laptop is just out of warrenty and the Plastic housing around the hinge is starting to come loose. Pretty dissapointing for HP.

Terribly disappointing experience

The machine wouldn't start. It took two hours of valuable time to get a service rep to authorize an exchange. Couldn't be more disappointed in the whole experience.

Priced Competitively

Great computer for the money, had an issue with the docking station, you would need to purchase the universal one, because this laptop doesn't have a thunder bolt drivers for c port.

Do not recommend product.

I purchased this computer in December 2022 as a replacement laptop. The laptop is noisy and the keyboard is very stiff. Waited too late to return product, now I am stuck with a piece of junk.

Good laptop - no dock

The laptop itself seems to be a good and functional laptop. Easy setup, quick response time, etc. However, if you intend to set this laptop up as a workstation you might want to reconsider. According to HP there is 1 dock that will work with this laptop. The HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. I ordered one in February 2022. The order was cancelled in May 2022 because HP cannot get the product. Therefore to set this laptop up as a workstation all peripherals need to be plugged directly into the laptop. Not optimal.

Great Notebook - Great Price

I bought this for my spouse as a birthday present. Her older notebook was always giving her problems as it only had two cores vs. four cores, was an I7 v7 vs. I5 v11, and running WIN10 Home vs. WIN10 Pro that can be upgraded to WIN11 Pro. Being her IT Support I'm happier that she has no issues with her new HP.
