Using HP ProBook 450 G7 and it is one of the worst laptops i have ever bought. Wont do the mistake of buying a hp laptop again in my life

We?ve had nothing but problems since day 1, I guess I?m going to have to take it somewhere to have it looked at. Which really irritates me since it?s brand new. I definitely would not recommend it.

After retiring a cheap substandard laptop, I wanted something better this time, so I went with HP, known for high quality instruments and electronics. After having bought one for my wife several years back, she highly recommended it to me and so I figured let's give it a shot. I picked the one that I felt would my needs and boy, I sure found it. It is faster than I thought it would be and the graphics portion is really nice and fast as well. The SSD Hard Drive helps keep the speed high. My hat is off to HP on this one, and to Adorama for stocking it. Their price is reasonable and competitive, and they get it to me here in NJ really fast. It's 45 miles as the crow flies right to their door. After three weeks to a month, I am thoroughly enjoying my purchase. I love the speed, the build, just everything about it is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good solid, fast computer at a price that won't break the bank.

Great laptop but had tremendous difficulty finding the Power button to join an important Zoom meeting; I had to go online and find the device manual to locate the power button on the laptop - I was not impressed. Otherwise, a very good laptop!!!

Purchased in Oct by March it would not power on. This was right in the beginning of my busy work season so not only is my work laptop out of commission I am missing out on SO MUCH money and business because my laptop stopped working. Not to mention I purchased an HP from Walmart 2 years ago for $200 and it is still going strong however this one was over $1000 and conked out in less than 6 months. Horrible. Seeking a refund or other options because I dont trust this laptop now and need something dependable and reliable. HP has not tried to do anything to make sure I am a satisfied customer or to show their sympathy for my situation however they are currently trying to repair the laptop although I'm not sure if I actually want it back now in fear of it going out again.
