Unfortunately, the HP Chromebook -14a-na001nr had to be returned. The camera and video feature was so bad it was unusable for zoom. Before returning it, I did try tech support to correct the issue without success. My 5 year old HP Chromebook was far better than the 3 newer HP Chromebook's I recently tried. After 3 failed attempts to replace my older chromebook with a decent current HP Chromebook, I decided to try a different brand and not HP for Chromebook.

DO NOT BUY. Bought one last April and crashed after a month. Took it back and got another one in June to have it crashed 5 months later. The operating system does not last! I have always believed in HP and have had a few laptops but after spending 2 hours on the phone and told I guess you need to buy a USB drive and have a laptop computer is the only way we might be able to fix. Really!

Overall this is an excellent product especially for the price, plus you're getting a 14" screen whereas other Chromebooks are 11". This is my backup laptop, the white is awesome, and I would use this as my main laptop if need be. HP has been my go to for a while, no service or virus issues. With DELL I was having to call tech once a week. I always buy the added service protection but I have never had to use it and I own several HP products.

The only thing I can say about this laptop is it has a backlit keyboard. Otherwise, biggest piece of crap I?ve ever tried to use. Do not buy a Chromebook if you are needing a serious laptop for writing papers and such for school.

This is the least expensive Laptop with a Backlit Keyboard. That being said it has 32 gb HD which is better than the entry level 16gb but don't spend it all in one place. Some people don't like the screen but for the price of hamburger. One reg USB only and 2 type C, Id rather 2 reg and 1 c but that s me. Overall very good , recommended for the price. I wish it had a camera sliding door or button to turn off but you cant have everything. Superb.

I had a Chromebook when they first came out. If you haven't looked at a Chromebook lately, you are in for a surprise. Chromebooks now run (beta version) Linux apps opening a whole new world of free software. This computer runs them effortlessly. The sound quality on the Chromebook is great, and the large touchpad is a joy to use. The computer feels solidly built and the keyboard is excellent. The only issue I have is the camera resolution in Zoom is only okay. Nine hours of battery life means I go two days before a recharge. And check out Chrome remote desktop. I connect to my desktop for simple games like Microsoft solitaire and it works fine ( video is slow so no action games).

This was a computer for my grandchild needed for hybrid studies..The 1st computer had an issue so needed to replace it ASAP. The way Luis from HP helped just amazing caring and with quickest service amazing.That?s what keeps big business in business definitely recommend Mickey

This Chrombook is very smooth and has worked great for general Middle to High School work. We use it daily for about 80% of the school work for our 9th grader.

My school uses these computers and I can say that these are literally the worst pieces of trash that Google could possibly make. The amount of fraudulent advertising is insane. Google markets these things as "fast and secure" but after you wait for your computer to restart after SIGNING OUT you will see that these things run about as fast as a snail on tranquilizer. They have a fair battery life but once you realize that the processer doesn't function, you will see that these things should run for 24 hours+. If you had even half a brain cell you'd ignore those google agents rating these 5 stars and not buy these worthless things.
