Ink purchase
I am extremely confident in HP products, but for some reason they had failed this time as the 711 catridge was not recognized by the printer and it shown low levels of ink in the printer settings.

Great Produce misleading advertising!
The ink Cartridges are great as are their printers however, when I was online I signed up for their email advertising on the promise of a 10% coupon with a minimum purchase of $60.00. When it came time to checkout on my purchase the coupon would not work but no reason was given. I called HP and was told the coupon didn't qualify for the purchase of ink cartridges!

Years ago I had a cartridge refilled at one of those big box stores. It leaked inside my printer. I would never, never do that again. I only use HP cartridges, factory fresh, guaranteed to work flawlessly.

Unbelievable story
This was so scary. My HP printer was showing the message "Low Ink". When I saw the message I broke out in a cold sweat and my heart started racing. What am I going to do? Fortunately a colleague was able to calm me down and said that I could actually order a new ink cartridge. Bolstered by this advice, I ordered a new cartridge and waited with bated breath. Finally, the cartridge arrive. With some trepidation I inserted the cartridge. When I inserted the new cartridge I froze in terror as the printer started to do things, uninstructed. What was happening? Then, miraculously, the printer stopped and the message "Ready" appeared! Oh the glory! All is right again in the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you, HP.

Good product, bad price
While I’ve owned many HP products and feel that by in large they make an excellent product , I have submitted a four star review on their ink product.
Not because I believe the product is faulty , but because HP has gone to great lengths to force their consumer to buy , IMO , over-priced ink when you compare it to competitive ink.
As I’ve reviewed in the past, if you want to sell printers, sell printers , if you want to sell ink at inflated prices, don’t count on me as a future customer.

Great product
Other companies have runny ink but HP cartridges have bold and colorful prints. They do not run down or leave color residues on another paper

Plotter Ink
Always better to use OEM ink, but, waiting to use up current ink. Recycled ink is great, but. OEM is safer, and on future plotter image you don't want messed up.

The ink cartridges are fine
he ink cartridges are fine and appear to last quite well. However the printhead seems to have failed on a machine less than a year old so the ink is of little use. For a >$200 part I should think it would last much, much longer.I suppose that now I must navigate your website's endless pages o see about a warranty replacement.

Sorry, I cannot say anything since I still cannot get my HP T-120 wide printer working yet. It seems that I will need a 711 magenta ink which it did not ask for before. I am having my doubts about spending more money

Not what expected.
I can not use the printer unless all of the cartridges have ink. If you run out of any color you can not print black text.

I have purchase two of these cartridges, & no good
I have purchase two of these cartridges, and the printer showed an error after installing the new one, then purchased another cartridge and the printer had the same issue. Now the printer is indicating that the cartridge appears to be damaged. Now I have to buy a third cartridge and see if the printer works. It's always hard to print on hp printers, there is always something to them.
