Easier paper change
I got this to replace an old HP plotter.
We plot full size layouts here, often in a big hurry.
This plotter is easier/faster to load a new 24 inch roll, and self aligning.
Also it plots lengths accurately without much calibration.
It does take longer to plot from the CAD drawing though.

Great printer
We purchased this printer for my husband to print blue prints out for work. 24x36 is the perfect size for him to be able to see the info without being too big and bulky. I had some trouble with the driver on his computer and had to call HP for assistance, but was able to get it working within about a half hour of troubleshooting.

Great Little Plotter
I bought this for my home design business and it works really good. I do wish that it came with a cover for the paper roll. I believe the higher end model of this printer comes with it.

Great printer!!
Compare to the old printer we had..this new printer is definitely faster when it comes to printing. Got better quality!!

It works every single time
I bought this a month ago. I love it because it works. Do not need to pray that it will work, hope that it will work, say a special incantation with a garlic in the palm of each of my hands. It works perfectly. Every time.

good so far - ask me in 6 months
not so user friendly documents or setup but got it done watching youtube videos . runs smooth and quiet. wish it had a cover for the paper roll. printed a 13x19 on photo paper and looked really good.
