Après plusieurs appels j'ai enfin reçu ma commande que j'avais annulé. Lors de mon dernier appel le préposé m'a confirmer avoir annuler la commande et ce n'était pas le cas car je l'ai reçu quelques jours plus tard.

It was terrible - I had to buy this bc I could not get my Instant Ink account back on-line. Bad experience. All of this started bc our Wifi blew up and was out for a month. So Instant Ink shut down our printers and they have been screwed up ever since then.

Really like these ink cartridges. They last a long time and give excellent color. However, my HP copier "bit the dust" and I had to replace it. Bought another HP Envy and ordered more in cartridges for it. Again the ink lasts and gives excellent color. This is my 5th HP copier. The first one is still going strong!!! 3 of them I just plain wore out. The last one I really wore out,, it was an excellent machine and I really hated to see it go. Hope this new one lasts as long.

I have been buying my ink for my printer for the last 4 years. Hassle free and quick delivery. I will buy a HP printer in the future because of the ease of getting the needed supplies.

Due to COVID -19 I purchased my ink on line. for years i have had my work printer through the instant ink program and actually love it but this was for my wife's home printer. not used near as much as my work printer. I found it quick, easy and a cost savings. will be how I purchase moving forward.

Being home bound I was panicked when I found that I was out of ink and needed to print up some important paperwork that needed to be mailed. I am pleased with the product and shipping time. BUT, the web page is difficult to maneuver on. Your Web Master needs to assume that some customers are very old, I am 90, and some things that are basic to young people are not so with old guys like me.

Usually go to Sam's Club or Costco to buy my ink but they are so expensive. Last time I needed ink I tried one of those ink places online. Terrible. The ink got all over my rollers. I had to clean them constantly. What a waste of time and money. This tˆme I thought what the heck, I'll go straight to HP and try them. so glad I did. Came to my house really fast (no charge) wayyyyy cheaper and now my little printer is happy and printing just the way it should. Thanks!

I'm not sure what is wrong! My printer will not print true colors.Some comes out pink! I have gotten from other companies and have the same issue and wondering if something is wrong with my printer. I have gotten from HP and had no issues.
