Bad ribbon, manufacture not easy to work with
Adorama has been great and quick customer service, BUT I'm not happy with the manufacture making it so difficult to stand by their product. I purchased this one over other brands because I liked being able to print multiple sizes without having to change the media. however, the very first order that came I got one bad ribbon that wouldn't work, the other was fine, and then manufacture is making it an ordeal to get a replacement . I plan on testing the printer out more this weekend but I might just return it and go with another brand .im a little nervous to stick with this brand if their service is this difficult. will update if they step up and it works out.
