I am very pleased with the quality of my ThinkPad. It is very efficient, user friendly and quiet. It also does not get hot like so many others I have had. The speed is quick as well, which especially helps as this is my work laptop.

Great quality laptop with awesome features for the price. I do wish that I opted for the 400 nit screen variant and that the exterior was not so fingerprint prone, but other than that everything about this laptop has been fantastic to use!

Thinkpad T14 Gen 3 AMG (14") - Thunder Black

This laptop meets my needs as a student and will meet my needs for years to come in the workforce. I chose it for the features including the large side vents to prevent overheating, which has been a problem for my laptops in the past. Great product, highly recommend!

Every member of my care team had one

I saw at least 15 people on my care team using a Lenovo. The machines appeared easily portable, comfortable to use, and quickly respondent. Never once did i hear the telltale sigh or swear word from an unhappy user. I thought that is the machine for me!

Awesome laptop for work, school, or personal use.

This is a great laptop for both work an entrainment. The build is incredibly sturdy, and I really like the matte finish on the casing. The keyboard is comfortable and has backlit keys which look nice. It is VERY snappy and has no problem multitasking while running a virtual desktop I use for work. The screen is great, low glare and has an excellent color balance with rich, deep blacks.

Great Laptop w/Bad Camera & Exchange Unavailable

ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 AMD (14") has all the features and ports I wanted and was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately after getting the system all setup, I discovered that the camera was not working properly when I joined my first Zoom call. The camera flashed and turned dark intermittently. After spending additional frustrating hours trying to resolve the issue, and with the help of a customer service rep, I elected to return the laptop to Lenovo. However, I was advised that an exchange unit was not available even though at the time the same system was offered for sale on their website at a somewhat higher price. After waiting and checking for a replacement system over several days, I returned the laptop for a refund. At that time I decided to purchase the same system again from the website even at the higher price, only to find that it was no longer available for purchase. Overall this has been a very exasperating experience. I decided to purchase a similar laptop elsewhere.

Too underpowered for any gaming

I got this laptop as an entry level gaming laptop for my son. In advance of buying, I reviewed performance tests of the graphics card and found that it was about 50% faster than his current entry level desktop PC (which works fine for gaming). The real-world performance was very different. The computer lagged badly and frequently ran out of RAM. I suspect the minimal amount of RAM was the main culprit. In any case, this laptop was not suitable for even basic gaming. It's probably quite fine as a workhouse laptop for home use, but not for gaming.

Great little laptop that is currently helping me through school. Can handle many open tabs at once, but I wouldn't recommend testing this too far. The screen is adequate and the keys press just right. Love the finish on the laptop, but it prone to smudging easily.

Excellent performance out of this machine. I got the 6850U and 32gb RAM, makes it a breeze to do any amount of productivity + internet browsing + image processing. I am surprised at how well it tackles everything. I enjoy the keyboard layout, trackpoint, and trackpad. I wish the Control key was the bottom left key instead of the Function key, that is taking some getting used to, and annoying. Main drawback in the keyboard feel. Last laptop was X1 Carbon gen 2 (yes old, but last like a champ)...
