Great laptop for retirement!
I love this laptop - very easy to set up and the size is perfect. I especially like that it is able to accommodate all of my accessories with multiple ports on each side.

Small, light, and powerful
This is a great laptop. Works well, as expected. It's small and light and has plenty of ports. The keyboard and pad work well also. I have another Lenovo laptop that's 13 years old and still going strong. I would expect this one to be the same.

Thinkpad solid as usual.
Thinkpads have always been great to me. The dock can be tricky to work out with monitors and RDP but nothing wrong with the Thinkpad.

Great work laptop
I'm a loyal Thinkpad user and bought this new one after using my previous Thinkpad for 10 years. What makes Thinkpads great is the continuity of the look, feel and UI so you feel like you're using a newer cousin vs. a brand new an unfamiliar laptop (there was a recent WSJ article describing this very same theme). I use it primarily for work and it's fast, responsive and comfortable. I wish the fingerprint reader were a bit more responsive but that's a minor quibble. Very happy with the purchase and got a great deal on Black Friday.

Not customer friendly
Lenova was not willing to reship because the prices went up. I called 6 times and every time I was promised supervisor will contact me but never the promise taken care off. I am upset on not getting the lenova back to me even after 30 days my money is yet to be returned to my card

Great small laptop
I really like the PC, very quick and easy to set up. This is my first Lenovo and I'm very impressed. I switched from HP where the costs were high and functionality not great. So far so good with this Lenovo.
