Awesome work machine!
I love my Lenovo Thinkpad, it is a PC that can really be a workhorse in business. I'm a bookkeeping and tax specialist by day and this machine goes to work for me. It's quick and reliable, I really like the efficiency of the left and right mouse click buttons on the trackpad.
I bought the 16" laptop, it's the perfect size for not being too small and requiring an external monitor when I'm on the go.

Love it, Four Stars
Four start because the overall experience is great, but the battery life is relatively short. But it lowers the weight! So its easy to carry around.

Great buy!!
The Thinkpad is good. I was able to purchase it at a lower price. It has enough space and power that I need. It's able to handle all my tasks. I really like the keyboard layout. I am a person who likes the number keypad versus the numbers only at the top. This is versatile that is has both. User friendly. Adding the additional warranty was easy. Customer service is very helpful. Speed is great.

Great work laptop!
Excellent machine. Simple to set up, not a ton of fluff pre-installed. Works great for a business professional.
So why 4 stars? Well, my beef is that the integrated camera doesn't work with Microsoft's facial recognition. Minor issue, but a tad annoying.

I've said it before i even bought a Lenovo product. Nothing but PERFECTION. I decided to get my hands on the ThinkPad E16 Gen 1 and i couldn't be anymore happier. Huge upgrade from my old mac.

New (refurbished) PC Installed Quickly and Easily
This was a refurbished PC with AMD processor, it installed very smoothly. Synching is on in my other Windows 11 PCs so, for the most part, the 'important' stuff migrated and it was then personalized for my husband. Pretty much and ready to go within a couple of hours. It DID balk at my Chrome browser and I downloaded and installed that separately.

Well built
Laptop feels well built not "cheap" plastic. Keyboard feels like a normal keyboard.

Thinkpad E16 Gen 1
Almost everything is just as expected from a Lenovo product. The only drawback is that the power plug is a usc c. Ok for other products, but being thinkpads one strong point their durability this can be an issue in the future. Bearing this in mind I would personally stick to traditional power plugs, no real need for a less sturdy USB C.

Solid performance and great value for business use
I recently purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 1 (AMD), and I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance. As a business user, I was looking for something reliable, with enough power to handle multiple applications at once, and this laptop has delivered exactly that.

DO NOT BUY
I would not recommend this computer, it does not perform well. Horrible battery life. The touch screen freezes, the computer acts erratically pretty regularly and does whatever it wants Schedule schedule schedule needing a restart to use again. This was a huge waste of money, I'm very disappointed.

Perfect for work on the go - subpar mic & speakers
This Lenovo ThinkPad is great. It boots up fast, it's durable and easy to take with me when heading out for meetings. The fingerprint access makes it fast and easy to log-in while keeping security top notch. However the webcam, microphone and speakers are low quality. The sound is terrible when listening to anything through the speakers and if I'm on a video meeting, they can't understand me when I'm on the laptop mic. Be prepared to have an alternate microphone if using for online meetings.

16 inch touch screen laptop
I like to laptop because it's lightweight and thinner than my previous one which makes it convenient for carrying. I also like the fact that it is a touch screen.

Good Computer problem with charging port.
Product shipped fast and was protected in box. After about a month of working on laptop the battery charger port was not working. I have had to reset the entire computer twice. Not sure if its a glitch or what. Other than that happy with product.

Great & Functional for Business
Love the automatically set up functions for making business calls and video meetings! Quick access to change to different desktops. Perfect sized screen with the greatly needed number pad for entering numbers or using the calculator easy and fast!
