The G435 headphones randomly turn off causing most games to crash. This is not an issue with the battery as the G435 would still turn off on full battery or even when it was being charged.

Bought this product last winter and I have recommended them to several of my friends. For the price, They work far better than my old wired headset that were more expensive. The battery life is INSANE (especially when you use the dongle). And to top it off, I never have any issues with the sound being muted unless I accidentally activate the safety feature that helps protect your hearing.

Spent my Dell rewards on this headset just to spend it. Pleasantly surprised at how much I like the headset. Comfortable, sturdy, and pretty nice sound quality. No discomfort even while wearing my glasses. Doesn't take long to charge and the charge holds up well.

These headsets have good sound, great battery life, and very comfortable fit. Billed as "Gaming" headsets, they are very popular with both faculty and staff. The internal microphone seems to do a good job at cancelling extraneous noise, and picking up the full, natural voice of the wearer. Personally, not having an external microphone sticking out in front of my face allows me to stop dunking my mic into my coffee.

It's hard to tell if the mic is muted or not. There were no clear instructions included that tells you whether the headphones stay active or not. When you turn them on the light turns green for a minute but then shuts off. I didn't know if they were on or off. The sound quality seems good on both ends.

When I received these headphones for work I had just purchased a personal set for over $300. I like these much better! The sound quality is amazing, the cushions are very comfortable on the ears, they are lite as air and I don't even realize I have them on most of the day. I would recommend them for someone that is looking to find a great pair of headphone for working at home and is on the phone all day.

Good headset for the price. Got mine half price using my rewards. Great sound, very comfortable fit. The volume, even when not on limited volume mode is not very loud. When you have the volume up, and using it as handfree, the other people complain about themselves echoing. Figured out the internal mic is picking up them speaking and reverberating. But the time it takes to turn the volume down enough to not echoe, you can barely hear the other person. So they make a good set to listen to music, not so much useful for hands-free, and I would imagine the same issues would plague gaming experiences. But for the half price I paid, I'm happy, retail price, I'd be rather upset and returning.

Let me tell you-this by far is the MOST comfortable headset I have ever placed on my ears. I have a big head and this headset is like a gentle caress around my ears. I also have the Logitech zone wireless, which I LOVE, but this one is definitely more comfortable (aka better for my big head and better at noise cancellation. For you people with normal sized heads, I let my friend try it out and he loved it too! The sound is amazing too and I come in "loud and clear" on the mic. It's rare to find wireless headsets of this quality at this price, so 12/10 would recommend!!!!!
