My new favourite mouse. I used to buy the M705 over and over, but now I will buy this one instead. The M705 is nice and technically has more functionality with the back and forth buttons, but I don't need those buttons and find I accidentally push them which is annoying. This one doesn't have these buttons, is a bit smaller (not good for people with big hands, but I have small hands) - I bought a few more for my kids, but where it is better than M705 is that it's silent! I also like Logitech mice over any other because of the invisible light at the bottom. So for late night laptop use in bed near someone else, silent and no light is perfect.

It's not bad. Its very quiet but i am not a fan of the ergonomics of where the thumb rests. Just a personal preference. Haven't had this mouse for long but so far it's not bad.

Scroll is very quiet. The buttons are quiet if you click perfectly. If your finger isn't placed near the edge, it can be little louder.

Simply put, it's the best mouse ever made. Wireless, quiet, attractive. Perfect size for my somewhat small hand.
