My LG is about 5 years old and even tho it does not support some of the new applications, I have no intention to trade it in for a new one.

I had no intention of buying an LG until I compared it to the Samsung which was my original choice and for the specs and features the LG was a much better buy and choice. I'm very happy with my purchase

Every time I try to launch app it only shows me the YouTube logo and keeps loading. This is the only app that doesn't work. There's no update. How can I fix it?

I bought this TV two years ago and it’s starting to act up. The WiFi takes a while to load and the apps are slow. I had to switch the time from auto to manual just so the apps can work. The screen share does not work at all. On occasion, whenever it does work I can only get YouTube to cast on it. I even tried using casting apps including the one for this model and still nothing works. The only thing I’m satisfied with is the HD picture. The App Store on this “Smart TV” sucks. You can’t search for specific apps. Overall, this TV could use some work. But the fact that this TV didn’t cost much I guess I got what I paid for.

This TV didn’t even last a year! One day it just had a black screen. Wouldn’t turn on. Reset, troubleshooted for everything. Did some research on the model and I’m not the only one... many bad reviews on LG. Apparently this model isn’t the only one that the board blows for no reason. End result..black screen.

It is a nice, very functional Tv. Volume control could be better (doesn’t seem to get much louder from 25-75 but overall very satisfied.

We purchased 2 of the 43 inch LG H5700 televisions a few months ago and we cannot more pleased. The picture quality is unmatched and the smart features are wonderful and easy to navigate. We have one in the spare bedroom and the other in the den. We also have a 65 inch LG HD television located in our great room. We believe that the picture quality is unmatched by any competing brand. Many of our friends have made similar statements. Can't go wrong with the LG Brand

I've had this tv for almost a year and have been very pleased with it. The picture quality is great for movies, shows and sport. The smart tv feature is so convenient. I love being able to connect to Netflix or Amazon Video on the device instead of needing another product as well.

We received this as a gift from our daughter and her husband. Had it since May. Worked fine until recently when we use our remote to use the the "last" button....Goes dark, goes to channel, then goes dark again and then to channel. When we go to the "On Demand", goes dark, then goes to selection. Don't know what to do about it...have the receipt from my daughter. Do I take it to the store she bought it from or to LG?

We've had this TV just under a year and it's been a great TV. We use it in the bedroom as we often watch TV for a bit before we go to sleep. Great color and clarity, and good size. We replaced our old one because it was too small and we couldn't read the TV guide from the bed!

It’s been a few months since I set up my new LG TV, and it’s performed flawlessly. The set up was a breeze, the smart-features work great, and it was just the right size to mount on the wall. Included in the box were instructions, a remote (with batteries, and a mounting platform for a flat surface. I wanted to put our’s on the wall, so I picked up a mounting unit elsewhere. Bottom line: A clear picture, great features, nice sound options, convenient smart features, all at a competitive price.
