55LG5750-UB LG Tv no longer supports video streaming with ads, as these are considered a pop-up window which the WebOS does not allow, which limits basic streaming services being unable to load correctly on the LG line of TVs. Had to switch to roku device to stream through HDMI ports to watch netflix/paramount, etc.

I bought it on sale for the price. It is a great TV, with the exception of the apps available and the upgrades on the firmware.

After waiting several years to even have a LG SMART TV, I finally received not one but two for Christmas! Imagine my surprise! Absolutely love both TV's, one in the Family Room and the other in My Bedroom. I am a lucky person to have such a wonderful family and friends - I was always saying I would be the last one to get a SMART TV, no I have 5 of them:) Love it!

Great product,only problem I’m unable to get internet. I thought this was a smart tv to where I can use my ISP service on it. Also unable to install additional apps.

I am so ecstatic about my LG laptop, I purchased about 3 weeks ago and she is working like a charm. The flip into a tablet capability is awesome!! My kids also love playing computer games on it. Great investment.

We have this unit for about 6 months. The features and quality is better than viseo we had before. We also purchased an lg sound bar that has fantastic sound quality.

This tv has good basic smart tv functions, but turns on/off by itself. Based on other reviews I have seen elsewhere, other consumers experience the same issue from this faulty LG product.

We’ve had this TV for about 4 years, it was a great TV with an awesome picture, but all of a sudden out of the blue the TV started turning off and on while we would be watching it, and it would do it repeatedly!! We’ve made sure it’s plugged in, the plug, batteries, power button to make sure it wasn’t stuck and also checked the timers, and made sure it is up to date on its software updates but everything is fine, except IT SHUTTING OFF AND ON REPEATEDLY!!!!! Also, the TV isn’t very loud even with the volume all the way up...

This tv started out great, then all of a sudden it turn on and off by itself randomly daily...Today it has been over an hour and I can't watch tv because every time I try it turns off. I am going to get rid of this and try another product. Very ANNOYED!!!!!

Hardly use the tv .. got two lg tv but I’m mostly in the bedroom .. the one i hardly use got the same issue i see someone listed below .. turns off n on loosing internet connections.. real sad i would have expected the other tv to go bad not the one i hardly use .. so this is a problem with this brand smh no more lg for me

We have owned our LG Smart TV since 12/2016. While I thought we did our research well, apparently we did not. We do not have cable or satellite tv, so our plan was to download apps such as abc, NBC, Netflix, and now Disney+. Unfortunately Netflix is the only one we’ve been able to use with this television. LG maybe be more forthcoming with what apps will be compatible. It’s frustrating investing in a product you think will save you in the long run, but ends up disappointing. I know there are other options for streaming these apps, but we didn’t want the hassle of connecting to such devices! I understand technology is ever changing BUT it seems like this product is pretty limited.

I have owned this TV since Nov 2016 and now I found out it will not be able to use Disney+ on it but I can do it using a second device to stream to it (phone, tablet, game console). I bought a smart TV so I would need to do this and now I am being told the TV is basically only as good as the preloaded Apps. Do not buy this if you want something beyond what LG wants you to have.

First I couldn't get Watch TCM and now I can't get Disney Plus on this thing. I have to watch on my tablet or buy a new tv. Very frustrating. It also has started to turn itself off so maybe I just need to go shopping soon.

This TV is horrible and customer service is just as bad. Less than 3 years old and turns off and on by itself probably 40 times an hour. I deserve a new TV after all the stress this one has put me through. I am going to post anywhere I can how horrible this TV is and how customer service is about anything but the customer. I will try to stop anyone from losing lots of money by buying from the company that used to have the best TVs around.

And it works great!! It hasn't given me a single issue or reason to toss it out the window. 3 years old and works beautifully. From YouTube, to Netflix, to Amazon programs it works like a stellar charm!!

Amazon and Hulu require WebOS 3.0 or higher. Had to buy new tv because of this after ditching cable for Amazon & Hulu.

I like the TV to a point, my LG55LH5750 turns off and on by it's self at random times. It really sucks when you're watching a movie or gaming.

My husband bought this LG 55'' Smart TV a couple of weeks ago and it is by far the best tv we've ever owned! Great picture! Goes great in our living room! Very happy!

I installed the TV and notice that I had one Pixel out. THeir seems to be a red dot on the lower part of the the screen which is noticeable.
