Have this tv since 2016 December. No problems with any feature. Upgraded to a smart remove which make the experience even better. Picture quality is unbelievable. One flaw is that it does not have android capabilities.

I really thought picture quality could not get much better, but with HDR it has. Took a while to get use to the exceptional refresh rate, but now that I have, i love it.

I purchased this back in the late spring. I wanted to replace a 42” plasma with a larger tv. After doing some research online, I decided to go with this LG model. I liked the 4K picture, smart apps & size. Have been very happy since!

I purchased this television in march after returning two other televisions back to two locations. I must say that the set has great internet features as well as awesome picture quality. at last I have been able to enjoy so much more in television than before. thank you LG for your product.

I bought this for my gaming hobby. The graphics are amazing. We took it out of the box and it was super easy to set it up and start gaming immediately. I love this tv.

I decided to buy a bigger screen TV for my old one was over 10 years old. I saw the picture quality of the LG and was amazed with the clarity and sharpness. My old set was a very well known brand....but when viewing LG was was sold! Had it over a month and enjoy every minute of viewing!!!

I bought this for my elderly father with limited vision and dexterity. I assumed that DirecTV-Ready meant all the TV features we integrated with the DirecTV source. I was wrong. The Built-In Channel guide, favorite channels, etc., do not work with the DirecTV channels and you can't remove these features or OTA/Cable Input Channels. My father frequently ends up with the TV input selected and just snow on the screen. The remote has very small buttons and it is difficult for him to see and press only the desired button, particularly Home, the only one he really needs. And his DirecTV remote programmed with LG codes does not control the input selection feature of the TV. I thought the Voice-Activated Magic Remote would help with that, but it is not integrated with the DirecTV feature and pointing is not easy for my father. So my father has to use the DirecTV remote unless he hits the wrong button and gets the Input Selection Menu or TV snow. Then he has to pick up the LG remote and try and push only the tiny Home, Arrow and OK buttons. I have connected a digital reader device via HDMI but it is so much trouble to change the input and back that he rarely dares use it. It just goes to show that you cannot make assumptions based on marketing materials. I will not buy a product with advanced features again without downloading and reading the Owners Manual, a typical practice of mine but useless in this case. If you are a fully-capable person, this will be fine and even very good, but it fails to serve my purpose. Also, the 3rd-party Big Button Universal Remotes cannot correctly control the TV. A big disappointment.

I did my research on Consumer Reports and found this recommended TV on sale. The setup was a breeze. Took only a few minutes to initiate. The picture quality is good. (A bit dim for my tastes. Will play with the settings a bit. The sound quality is very good. Overall, I would buy this agian.

I've had this one for 3 months. Amazing picture if you have a 4K source. Auto upscales 1020 to 4080. Smart tv function leaves something to be desired. Would be nice to add apps you like and not just the few LG licenced apps. I use this tv with my computer, so I can actually have the apps I want. If that's an option for you... You will NOT be disappointed.
