Best controls/buttons, great audio
The buttons on this headset are the best I've ever had (out of about 5).
Google/call button
Designated volume up/down slider
Designated music slider to jump forward/backward (eg. 15 seconds) but also previous/next track!
On/off switch so I know if I'm turning headset on/off without waiting 5 seconds just to find out I turned it on and need to wait another 10+ seconds.
Media pause/play button.
Sound and microphone is also great on these.
I've had these few at least a couple of years. Would like updated version of this but cannot find it (similar controls, usb-c, latest Bluetooth capabilities, etc)
Wires are so thin but never broke and good sound. Battery is also great, Although wish low battery reminder have more advanced notice.

Great But Break at the Neck
I love the LG and have had 5 BUT I am always buying a new one due to the back breaking. Buying new one yearly @ 150.00 gets expensive, so may re-look for new options if the newest one just purchased breaks. I love just wearing them around my neck though - makes it easy instead of fumbling with taking something out of the case and sticking in my ear. Sound quality is generally good - just hate the band breaks.

decent for daily use
i bought these from amazon in January 2020 and just now I'm having my first issue and that's the joint between the soft plastic and hard plastic. The hard plastic broke in the joint allowing for extreme flexibility but both headphones work after daily use for 5 to 7 days a week. These also have great battery life. I can start listening at 6am and still be listening to music at full volume at the end of my 12 hr shift and with intermittent use i can still listen until midnight or later on one charge. 100% would buy again if i can find any in stock.

Not good for talking on
Don't waste your money if you talk on them no one can make out what your saying very poor quality makes me never want to buy lg anything.

THESE ARE NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
I purchased these in March, and the left earbud stopped working so I started using the right ear bud. Last night they separated from the flexible top. The seller would not replace it. LG wouldn?t replace when I called about the sound not coming through. I?ve only purchased LG headphones because I believed in their products up until now. I still have my first pair of LG wireless earbuds.

Sound and functionality is amazing!
Love the feel wearing this set around my neck. The sound is clear and powerful and the functions are excellent using the headset app. Also great bcs you can set buttons to your desire.
