The Otterbox Defender has saved my ancient Apple iPhone SE from so many falls. I couldn't be happier with the product. Yesterday I looked at my phone and realized the inner case & glass as well as the rubber outer protective layer hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a while. Much to my dismay, when I proceeded to remove the outer, rubber protective layer so I could give my phone & Otterbox Defender case, the rubber tore on the left & right bottom of the case rendering the Defender useless.?? I do not know whether I should look at this as a glass half full or half empty. On the one hand, the rubber case lasted 6 years.?? On the other hand, the hard protective inner case without the rubber protective layer has rendered the Otterbox Defender useless.??

This case saved my phone from a snowblower. My phone fell out of my pocket in a winter storm. My then partner thought he would be able to find it by using a snowblower across the path of where I had been, but obviously that was a bad idea. Couldn't find it. Fast forward to spring when the snow melted, I found it in the yard about 40 feet from where it could have possibly been dropped. The case was destroyed but still on the phone. The phone itself was slightly bent but still worked. I had already replaced the lost phone at that point so I gave it to a friend who took it as a replacement for their own phone that was failing. I only buy this case for my phones now.

Case was easy to order, came in a timely manner, was easy to put on following instructions, and is sturdy. I have had one of the otter cases previously and was very pleased with it. I am sure this one will also be great.

I love using otter box phone cases however I got confused of what type of phone I have. So unfortunately I wasn?t even able to put it on my phone because I have the iPhone se 6, or the next generation after the 5 case that I thought my phone was. If there is anything you guys can do to help I would greatly appreciate it. I have gotten other screen protectors but they all keep cracking two to three days after I have put them on. It has been frustrating and I really trust using your products.
