nice case but seems to me the flaps to both the charge port and the silence "switch" are too difficult to open. you need two hands and seems the flap should open the opposite way it opens for easier access.

I?ve had this phone with the same case for 2 and a half years, without a screen protector. I hate screen protectors so this case stood out to me. I dropped it hundreds of times and I to this day still have not one scratch or crack.: it?s made so you don?t need to have a screen protector on your phone

I too have been an OtterBox loyal customer for well over a decade in protecting my iPhones with the Defender series. I have had my iPhone 11Pro for two years with the Realtree/Blaze Orange combo Defender case and up until recently, too busy to address this problem I have had over this span. I have found one Apple discussion board where other uses have wrote of the same problem, which is, phone cases imped telephone conversations while on speakerphone. Where the other party has difficulty hearing my comments conveying that my comments are oscillating in and out. But once I pull the rubber part of the case off, the other party has no problem hearing my words. Otterbox hadn?t heard of this issue but sent me a new one under Warranty, which did not resolve this issue. I am currently looking to try another Otterbox series that hopefully resolves this issue. In sum, I have had 5 Defender series over the years, and never once had an experience where it failed to protect my phones from falls and other imperils.

I bought my first Defender Series Holster when I got my Phone. It broke the other day after years of service , I was so happy to be able to get a replacement holster from Otter because I know their service life is long and they stand behind their product. I don't like my phone in my pocket but I need it with me and in reach. The Defender Series Holster is the ticket for me. I am very happy with this product and the Otter brand my phone is in an Otter case which I have never had an issue with.

I have used "every type" of holster simply because I've broken so many in the past. But Otter is simply the best, you have to go out of your way to break one. Stop fooling around with the knock offs. just buy Otter you'll save hundreds in the end.

The holster and case protect my iPhone and make it so easy to carry on my belt or when wearing scrubs in the OR. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend the defender holster series.

My go to phone case company recently went out of business so I tried the Otter Box Defender Pro. Sure adds bulk, but That?s where the protection is. The fit and finish is most impressive. I need the belt clip feature and it?s hard to find a robust one, seems companies aren?t offering much for clips. The whole package is quality, the case will probably outlast the phone. I should?ve looked to Otter Box years ago.

I?ve always bought Otterbox iPhone cases for every iPhone and whenever I buy a new iPhone I always buy the Otterbox Defender case. Unfortunately the belt clip got snagged on the seatbelt of my truck and luckily I just ordered the necessary part without replacing the entire case. Otterbox shipped immediately and I had my iPhone clipped to my belt once again.

I bought the replacement holster, but accidentally ordered the wrong model. When I received the product I filled out a form for a return authorization. That was a month ago. I have not heard back from the company about a return. We love Otterbox products. The belt holsters fail after about a year of use, but they are easy to use. I guess I will offer these holsters for resale somewhere and order replacements from Amazon (which is my last resort.

OtterBox has been my phone protector for years. The belt clip used to snag in the belt but it is now made with a narrower belt clip.

I was unfortunately very disappointed. The case didn’t have a protective screen nor was I able to fit my iPhone 11 INTO it. I was also unable to reach anyone in customer service for assistance so in turn, I ended up returning the case. Awaiting confirmation of receipt and refund now.
