I was very unhappy with this case. I needed a case that would hold multiple credit cards. You can only hold 1 in this case or the flap will not shut. Also, if you have the flap open and folded back so it's out of the way it covers the camera so you basically have to hold your phone with two hands to take a picture, one to hold the flap out of the way and one to hold your phone. The only positive thing I can say is it seems like it kept my phone safe.

I saw the poor reviews of this, but thought that surely you cannot make everyone happy. Otterbox has never let me down yet...Until this case arrived in the mail, that is. I am so disappointed in the "quality" of this case, if I hadn't ordered it directly from their website, I would assume it was a fake. It is bad. The design has the edges of the case sticking out around the phone in an awkward manner, making it bulky and large. To make it worse, these edges are cheap plastic and will fall apart in no time. It just feels cheap overall. If you need an idea of what this is, think of a 3 ring binder, the cheap ones with the clear covers, and then think of how the edges of that are - sharp and basically cardboard coated with plastic - that is exactly what this phone case is. A small 3 ring binder that is supposed to house a thousand dollar piece of electronics...Design fail on this. Returning as soon as they reply to my request, which the website says will be longer than 72 hours. Might have to chalk this to a $50 loss. :-/

The Strada Folio case protects the screen. I had the previous Strada case for my iPhone 8plus and like it too. Otterbox cases are the best.

I bought my cover on 6/9, it arrived on 6/19. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected or needed. I didn’t like that when the wallet flipped open it covered the camera. I decided to return it on 6/23 & was able to on 6/24. It is 7/5 & I’m still waiting for any communication/refund.

I have bought a number of cases from you all but I HATE this case! I can’t place my cards inside this case and close it, which is the very reason that I purchased this case. It’s not at all functional.

So disappointed that the model for the iPhone 11 is not like the ones I had on my 2 previous iPhones. Instead of being the size of the phone and adding a cover, this one is more like a folder that the phone snaps inside. This leaves flimsy edges that catch on my pocket. I do not see this one lasting like others have.

I love Otterbox products but this case design is terrible. The case is way too big for the phone. The phone fits very nicely but there is a lip that sticks out past the phone. This lip will eventually break down and look terrible besides making it way to bulky. The original Strada was very sleek and smooth and didn’t make phone bulky.

Love this case and love the light pink color too. Best part for me is that it is not slippery. I found my iPhone 11 slippery for my "old" fingers.....and this case is a big help.

I like the wallet like design. I don’t need to put a screen saver on it and reduce the nice display. Make some more colors and a little more space for credit cards on the outside.

I bought this case for my iPhone 11 but when I put any cards in the pocket, the magnet would not magnetize. Therefore, I sent it back for something a little more secure.
