traveling man, part 1

The luggage was great, but it was too small. I called to exchange it for the 30" Vacationer. Service people were very helpful and understanding. Once they receive my return they will ship the 30" package in exchange and charge me for the difference. So far, so good, will inform how the exchange went in part 2
