Headphones are good. However, the delivery service was lousy. Why was the original package sent via DHL? They do not deliver in my area and transferred to package to USPS Which copied the address wrong. It took me over 3 hours to get the delivery address straightened out. All items in the package were in good condition when delivered.

Everyone who I talk to with this headset tells me that my voice goes in and out. I don't get that feedback from folks who I talk to with my other headsets. This was a very expensive headset, and in my opinion, a waste of money.

My company issued Backwire 5100. After six months of use, I could not hear the sound any more. It seems the control might be causing issues.

Bought C5220T to use with my Pixel Phone featuring USB-C , performed very well in terms of functional features and also tested Mic clarity which is absolutely awesome in this model compared to others!!!

I got this awhile back and have been extremely pleased. I took it to work to use instead of what I have. It's very comfortable, sound is great and I like the idea of the controls (volume, mute, phone etc by hand. The best feature is the extra strap just below the top frame that fits over the head. It's soft and there is no feeling of the metal resting on the top of your head. Great going Plantronics!!!

I have the stereo version of this headset, and I have to say that it fits the most important criteria for me when deciding if I like a headset -- it's comfortable! I can wear this headset all day without any soreness on my head or ears due to prolonged pressure. Because of how lightweight and comfortable it is I can already give this headset 5 stars, but it has other great features as well. The mic arm is adjustable. You can bend it away from your mouth and it will stay in that position, which is great for avoiding breathing noises. I also really like the fact that this headset has USB and 3.5mm connections. It makes it easy to switch from using it on your phone to your computer. Sound quality is comparable to any other headset. It's perfectly adecquate for making calls, playing games, or listening to videos during the day.

These are very good headsets that sound very great but also feel soft on my ears. I have been using these each day at the office and have had no issues. The ear pieces fit nicely on my ears and there is not much pressure on the sides. I can wear these for hours and feel very minimal usage on my ear which is great. I use these mostly for watching trainings, or while on meetings but not much music has been played on them. I have watched videos and have heard a few songs but not many. The mic is good, although at times it would pick up others talking in my office a bit but nothing drastic.

This headset adjusts automatically to the size and shape of your head. So, no going crazy pulling and adjusting them. I have a head set from another company that i use for gaming, but I can't use them for more than 1 hour because they make my ears hurt very bad. not the problem with these headsets. Now, I tried these for different types of uses. Gaming, Skype, i-tunes etc. Sound is very good and clear. no interference, no weird noises or static. I do have to point out that this headset is not very good for gaming as the volume tends to be really low for those types of applications. but also keep in mind that these are not a gaming headset, even though you can use them as such. The wire is very long, I really like that. So you can sit back and relax without being afraid of pulling on the cord. You can also detach them from the control box and use them on your mobile devices. that's a very neat feature, BUT that's also where of my complain comes from. When you use the headset in your PC, the control box is i the middle of the length of the wire and that control box is very far from you and it keeps falling on the ground. I tend to like having the controls closer to the actual headset for easy access. I know that there are some that don't like wired headsets or headphones, but I love them. No batteries to worry about, no worries about losing a call or being kicked out of a meeting because of the battery dying on you. less interference etc. Final verdict: Would I recommend this product to a friend? Yes. This product does what it was made for in amazing fashion. Just don't expect to have a blast using it for online gaming or gaming in general as it was NOT made for that. Got this headset for video conferencing at work. It ended up using it for all audio needs. It is lightweight and doesn't get tiring with prolonged use. The finishes are excellent for this purpose as they do not get too hot. The audio quality is great for teleconferencing, but could use more low ends for a complete music experience.

My Plantronics Blackwire 5220 headsets are super light with breathable ear cushions I used them while playing Fortnite (Season 9 and Grand Theft Auto V (Casino DLC) on Xbox One for hours and they’re very conformable and the sound quality is great plus the headsets are actually great for voice calls while using my mobile phone. I like the sleek, stylish design this makes them easy to wear outside when I go for a run. Blackwire 5220 headphones are really great when I’m on the go, they're durable, bendable I’ve accidentally sat on them twice and no damaged accrued and for its affordable price these are definitely a must have.

A very good product. It is very easy to use and works great. Has a good sound and has no background noise, also I asked some of the people I was talking to with this and they all agreed that they also did not hear any background sounds and my voice was very clear and easy to understand.

Years ago headsets I used were heavy, the spring loaded headband hurt my ears and gave me a headache. Plus the sound quality was awful. The Blackwire headset is light as a feather. The suspension headband is light and comfortable. The ear covers are soft and there is virtually NO pressure on my ears. The sound quality is phenomenal !!! And the microphone is sensitive yet seems to reject extraneous noise. I can wear the Blackwire headset ALL DAY !!!

Call audio is very clear thought the headset. The mids are more pronounced to allow this. The USB interface is convenient as it requires no drivers. Music also sounds good, although you have to tweak the eq by lowering the mids and increasing the lows and highs. The build quality is very nice with a metal band and articulated earcups. The microphone is clear and people can easily hear me. The voice prompts are clear and easy to understand on the interface. Overall a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a headset that is comfortable for very long periods at a time.

When I opened package my first impression was "Oh no these are for a desk phone system".Boy was I wrong! They are that and more. They are light weight and comfortable. I was expecting them to squeeze to tight like others I've tried but they didn't, they were comfortable once situated properly.with enough adjustability on the boom mic for good conversation. The pivot at the ear pieces is outstanding! allows them to fold flat when hung around my neck, a definate plus. I used while casual gaming and background noise is reduced enough to not be a distraction. I used them at work plugged into my phone with the 3.5 jack without issue. My only criticism is the lack of control on the cord when used this way.all adjustment,volume/ answer had to be done from phone. If there was an adapter to plug the included usb connector with volume control into, perhaps phone / tablet specific available I would have given 5 stars easily.

I love these headsets so much. My last one lasted me over 5 years of daily use. My friends and family peer pressured me into upgrading to a wireless option, that headset was very quickly returned and THIS headset bought to replace it. Some would argue being tethered to your desk is a negative, I disagree, consistent, unfailing call quality, easy to use controls and never having to remember to charge it make this headset so worth it.

I got this as part of the fanware program. I work remotely from my office 90% of the time and we use google hangout/chat for pretty much everything. I had been using a pair of Logitech G230 for a couple years. They are large, heavy and make your ears warm, but otherwise work well. I just started using these new headphones today and so far really like them. The only thing I'd change is to move the control box to be closer to the headset as I had to find a usb extension to connect them to my laptop which is on a dock about 4 feet from my desk and the usb->control box end of the cord wasn't long enough. My extension was 3' and then it worked fine. The sound was clear and the people on my calls today thought I was in the office. It does a good job of cancelling out a fan and hepa filter that I run all day in my office, the G230's tended to pick the fan up and I'd have to shut it off when on a call. These fit nice and I had them on my head for a few hours without issue. They don't make my ears as warm as the G230's. I wear glasses and sometimes on year/over ear headphones can press on the arms and pinch your ear. These don't. I have a relatively large head and after flexing the metal band a bit, they fit great. These are a bit pricey compared to what's available. While the microphone is better than the G230's, I'm not sure that warrants the $75 price difference.

Great for home based office! My landline phone had a 2.5mm port for headset, and the Plantronics support team helped me get an adapter for no additional charge. The headset connector that the headset comes with fits in my mobile phone just fine.

4 1/2 Stars..... It blocks out background noise well. And I work in a call center. The only negative is the loud warning message when I MUTE the headset. The computer voice talks really loud in my ear.
