May damage your USB-C Port

It looks like a great design on paper. However, the connection to your MBP is extremely finicky. If you so much as try to attach or remove any of the cables or SD cards on the unit, it disconnects from the mac. Using the HDMI port puts a lot of stress on the two USB-C connectors because there is no other attachment mechanism other than the two fragile ports. A cable-based solution is much safer and reliable.

Great Gadget but...

This is a good gadget to have if you have an Apple MacBook Pro. Everything works well.
