does not fit STX or ATX system
works great on my older model ATS but will have to wait on my newer system. have been completely satisfied with Swarovski products over the years

Swarovski TLS APO Digital Camera Adapter
I use this adapter to attach my Canon DSLRs to my Swarovski HD80mm scope for photographing birds at longer range than I can with my 800mm Canon lens.
The best feature is the adapter ring allows me to attach any of my three Canon cameras (70D, 5D Mark II, and 1D Mark IV) to the Swarovski scope which I have not been able to do previously.
What doesn't work as well as it could is the single thumbscrew that tightens the adapter to the scope skews the adapter slightly off of parallel to the scope's eyepiece. As you tighten the screw, the adapter shifts because all of the pressure is on one spot on the scope and is not evenly distributed around the scope nor is it offset by a second screw on the opposite side.
A better fastener would be one that tightened evenly around the circumference of the scope rather than pulling the mount to one side.
The image in the camera is smaller than I expected when compared to the view of the same subject without the adapter and looking through the scope's eyepiece (over which the adapter fits.)
Few photos taken so far (owned less than a week) and no good weather yet so conditions have been only fair at best. Lots of snow and little sunshine so I'm holding off judgment on the image quality until I have better conditions.
You still need a rock-solid tripod or other base to which you can attach the scope to minimize image shake while trying to focus the camera in live view while attached to the scope. I'll update this review, if possible, once I've shot in better conditions and have a bit more experience with the setup. So far, no keepers.
