Black Screen of Death

Mine lasted just a month past the 1 yr warranty. 13 months after buying new for about $XXX as a christmas gift the screen goes black, still functions, you can hear the noises but no screen display. I started having the issue about 6 months after buying it, but it started getting bad (not rebootable just reciently. Seems this is a common issue with Samsung brand Tablets & Phones. Search for "Galaxy Tab Black Screen" and see what you get! Called customer service, they blew me off, want $XXX just to look at it, and offered to bill me for any difference. No thanks! Will not buy any more Samsung products because of this. My son kept telling me to go with another brand, I should have listened. Samsung, wake up, consumers want products that work. If I wanted cheap I would have bought cheap.

Lasted just under a week then went kaput!

Last Sunday on 09/09/2018, I ordered a BRAND NEW Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 32 GB, and received it on 9/11/2018. When I opened it, it took at least 8 hours to fully charge, but the battery drained a little bit fast for the work I was doing in spite of the battery size. The tablet lasted for JUST SIX DAYS, for last night, even though I had it on and plugged in it overnight it would not do anything. The machine would not even tell the battery level. I tried to restart it by pressing the power button and the volume down one for 10 seconds, and nothing. Because it malfunctioned and would do do anything, today (9/16/2018 I took it back and got my money refunded.

Great tablet for 2 months until it died...

If you asked me right after I got it, I'd have written a glowing review. Now I'm glad I waited.... After only two months of use, the tablet is dead. Despite a full battery, it crashed and will not restart. Customer Service is obscure and slow, so it will be weeks to get a replacement tablet. It's impossible to track progress of repairs online despite Samsung claiming otherwise, so there's no way of knowing if I'll ever see a new one. Save yourself the aggravation of falling in love and then having it become a useless brick.

Exceeded my expectations

After dealing with other Tablets, and seeing how well the Samsung Cell phone performed I bought this tablet, it is far superior to anything I own including an apple I-Pad. Free and superior software, free office apps and more.

Amazing Tablet

I've owned other Samsung tablets in the past, and by far, none of them can compare to the Galaxy Tab S2. It's fast, and has a beautiful screen with vibrant, detailed colors, and is very lightweight. All apps works perfectly without any lag. I love it!

Lightweight and great performance

Bought this two weeks agoo, lightweight, fast performance, smooth navigation, is fantastic. Love the product. Just waiting for case .... It could have used additional speakers for a surround sound andd better camera.

overall it's great

All my tablets have been Samsung & never had any problems. just one Tab Pro because it got wet & battery wouldn't last long. This Tab S2 I love because it has 32GB of memory built in. All others have 16GB. Don't really like to add a memory card because some games malfunction w/ it. Love it! Would recommend it for sure!

Love my Samsung brand label of electronics and appliances

I would like to say, I never had a problem with Samsung products. I got my tablet with in two days shipping and I am very happy with that. The unhappy part of that is Samsung did not sale the accessories for the tablet and I ordered from Best Buy on the same day I ordered the tablet but I'm still waiting for the case and display protection. Best Buy sent me an email that my order was delayed until next week. I'm not happy about that because I can't use my tablet right a way.

Premium and affordable!

I just received my tablet a few days ago, and already, I have gotten so much use out of it! It is an excellent companion to my Galaxy S5 phone, and I love that a lot of the information on my phone was automatically duplicated into my tablet. If only the my photos were also duplicated into the Gallery! Also, it charges much more slowly than my phone.

Great tablet, great purchase transaction

I've been using a cheap tablet up to now. I wanted to upgrade and I scouted what's available. I settled on this tablet based on its specs and features (notably the ability to accept micro SD cards). I hit a home run buying this tablet. Wow! It's fast, the screen has exceptional resolution and picture quality, and the Android 6.0 OS is the best yet. Why buy an IPad which is about double the price? Finally a word about Adorama. This was an excellent experience -- and the price was right. I am well pleased.
